I’m a Host, Master of Ceremonies, and Disc Jockey from San Diego. I do fun things with music, say clever things on a microphone, and do it all with a cool haircut. The moniker DJ Dre Motion came about when people commented on how I performed, saying I never stopped moving and that I was always “in motion,” and the name has stuck ever since.

I’ve been actively hosting, emceeing, planning, and DJing events in Southern California since 2008. Though I hadn’t truly branched out until after completing my service in the United States Navy, where I learned to combine my musical talents along with the structure and discipline gifted to me from the military.

My DJ style is best described as turntablism; I manipulate vinyl records to design the mood and improvise upon reading the energy of the room. With an adept ear for music, I enjoy showcasing my musical knowledge by mixing a myriad of genres to keep guests of all cultures, backgrounds, and ages entertained. As a Master of Ceremonies (Emcee) I bring a professional, energetic, and charismatic personality to any event that will leave everyone smiling.
